C-Suite Diversity connects companies actively pursuing executive team and boardroom diversity with carefully vetted and qualified executives from historically underrepresented groups. Based on our focus, we have specific candidate guidelines to ensure a productive experience for both candidates and hiring companies.

Because our mission is to expand access to senior-level opportunities, on a case-by-case basis, we may accept individuals who do not strictly meet our requirements.
