Candidate Criteria

C-Suite Diversity connects companies actively pursuing executive team and boardroom diversity with carefully vetted and qualified executives from historically underrepresented groups. Based on our focus, we have specific candidate guidelines to ensure a productive experience for both candidates and hiring companies.

Approved candidates must satisfy one of the following criteria within the past 4 years:

C-level, Vice President, or an equivalent role at an organization with 50+ employees.
C-level or Vice President for a duration of at least 2 years at a small, high-growth company with 20-49 employees.
Director title at a company within the Fortune 1000 organization for a duration of at least 2 years.
Currently self employed but has held a role that meets the above criteria within the past 2 years.
Current employee at a startup with less than 25 people, but have held a role that meets the above criteria within the past 4 years.
Internal talent acquisition professionals that meet the above criteria. Unfortunately C-Suite Diversity is not offering membership to those in the Executive Search Industry at this time.

We recognize the full complexity of titles, roles, responsibilities, industries, and companies and therefore thoroughly review each individuals background and experience. Because our mission is to expand access to senior-level opportunities, on a case-by-case basis, we may accept individuals who do not strictly meet our requirements.
